CUSTOM PET PORTRAIT RETURNS POLICY
At Okay Pets, each piece of artwork is uniquely made for you and your pet — because of this personalized nature, we are unable to accept returns.
That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not happy with your final product, please contact us at service@okaypets.us. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Wrong Product, Damaged, or Printing Errors
If you received the wrong product, incorrect size, or your item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it — no questions asked. Just email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Revisions and Changes
We offer unlimited edits to the original photo and costume you selected, as long as the changes are small (e.g., color tweaks, minor adjustments).
If you’d like to switch either the photo or the costume, we allow one change per order for free. For any additional costume or photo changes, a small $10 fee will apply to cover artwork recreation.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If more than 24 hours have passed, cancellations are at our discretion and may be subject to a $10 fee — our artists may have already started creating your custom portrait.
Photo Quality Disclaimer
We create your artwork based on the photo you upload. Please make sure your photo follows our Photo Guide.
Low-quality or blurry photos will result in lower-quality portraits, and we cannot offer refunds in such cases. While we do allow order notes, we cannot guarantee all special requests can be fulfilled (e.g., changing facial expressions or adding a smile). However, we can make basic edits like removing red-eye or adjusting eye color.
All portraits shown on our site are made using high-resolution, well-lit photos. For best results, please ensure your photo is clear and follows our guidelines.
