⏱️ Order Processing & Production Time

 

  • All orders are custom-made and take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping.

  • Production times may increase slightly during holiday or sale periods.

  • The estimated delivery time shown at checkout includes both production and shipping. Please refer to this as your final delivery estimate (usually up to 2 weeks).

  • We offer an optional “Skip the Queue” service (details below).

🎨 Artwork Approval Process

 

  • You will receive a proof of your custom artwork before printing.

  • The faster you approve, the sooner we ship!

  • If we don’t receive a response within 72 hours, your artwork will be auto-approved and sent to print.

  • If a new pet photo is needed, please note this will extend production time.
